Our Affiliate Affirmations
As an Evangelical Covenant Church we subscribe to its affirmations. The Evangelical Covenant church affirms as central to its life and thought a number of evangelical emphases. Foremost among these are the following:
The centrality of the word of God.
The necessity of the new birth.
A commitment to the whole mission of the Church.
The church as a fellowship of believers
A conscious dependence on the Holy Spirit.
The reality of freedom in Christ.
Apostle Winston Williams
Co-Pastor
Apostle Winston Williams and his wife Cislin were both born in the island of Jamaica. Before migrating to the United States in 1978, they pioneered and pastored Drapers New Testament Assembly in the parish of Portland, Jamaica.
Apostle Winston has a passion for planting churches, so after taking up residence in Miami, Florida, they pioneered Faith Christian Center in 1984. The ministry transitioned from the leadership of the New Testament Assembly and became a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2003.
Prior to his full-time ministry commitment, Apostle Winston owned and operated several businesses in his native island. He also served as an officer aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for six (6) years. Prior to starting Faith Christian Center, he was ordained by the Church of God in Christ, in Pittsburg, PA., and served as an associate pastor of the Rehoboth COGIC in Philadelphia. Apostle Williams has a MA in pastoral leadership from Central Christian College. He also holds ministerial credentials from both the New Testament Assembly and the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Apostle Winston is an excellent preacher and expounder of the word of God, and operates prophetically. He is a leader of leaders, and a father to many. In 1984 he founded "Ever Increasing Grace Ministries International, Inc." This ministry has now grown to over eight churches, throughout Jamaica and the United States. Doors of opportunity have been opened for him to minister both nationally as well as internationally.
Together Apostle Winston and his wife Dr. Cislin make a very dynamic team and two very powerful and effective weapons in the hands of God. They have been married since 1972 and are the proud parents and grandparents of a son and a daughter and two grandchildren.
Dr. Cislin Williams

Dr. Cislin Williams, affectionately known as Dr. ‘C’, is co-founder and vice-president of, Ever Increasing Grace Ministries International, Inc., a ministry that she and her husband founded in 1984. Faith Christian Center is the first church that was birth under that ministry. She has served as the Co-Pastor and administrator of Faith Christian Center (FCC), since its inception in 1984.
For over thirty years, Dr. C. served as an educator in the school systems of Jamaica, Philadelphia and Florida, teaching Mathematics at both the high school and college level. While serving in her professional capacity as an educator, Dr. C. remained actively involved in ministry. She is an astute student and teacher of the Word of God and holds ministerial credentials from the New Testament Assembly, a London-based ministry, as well as from the Evangelical Covenant Church, headquartered in Chicago Illinois. Her knowledge of the “Word”, her giftedness and unique skill in delivery has opened doors for her to minister locally as well as nationally and internationally.
Her mission is to, impact and change lives and she has been used as the catalyst in changing countless lives over the past forty years of her ministry. She has served the body of Christ in such a manner that many have risen up to call her “mom”. She is a woman of strength and integrity and stands not only as a role model to the church and her community, but to her family as well.

An Invitation to Prayer
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,”
and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,
and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

Pray this prayer with me to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.
Father God, I thank you for your love for me, and for sending your son Jesus Christ to give His life for me. I confess my sins to you, every one of them, even my secret sins and I repent of them. Father God you said in your word, that if I confess my sins to you, you are faithful and just to forgive me of my sins and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness. On the basis of your word, I receive forgiveness for my sins and cleansing from all unrighteousness. Jesus Christ come into my heart. I accept you as my Savior and make you Lord of my life. Thank you, Lord for accepting me. I confess that I am saved, that I am a Christian. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.
